Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan arrived at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan a short while ago on the occasion of Army Day.

Before him, President Vahagn Khachaturyan, National Assembly speaker Alen Simonyan, Deputy Prime Ministers Tigran Khachatryan and Mher Grigoryan, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, Chief of the General Staff Edward Asryan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Security Council secretary Armen Grigoryan, National Security Service head Armen Abazyan, and several other ministers and senior officials had already arrived at Yerablur.

The national anthem of Armenia was played.

But even after the ceremony, reporters were not allowed to approach the officials. Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said: "Next time" and got into the car.

Only the chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Edward Asryan, approached the reporters and answered their questions.

As reported earlier, police officers, as well as people in civilian clothes—employees of the State Security Service—have been carrying out enhanced service throughout the entire territory of the pantheon since early morning.

Also, a large number of police forces have been concentrated—in buses—at the entrance to Yerablur.

In addition, large vehicles have been brought in, which are usually used when detaining people.
