Constitutional amendments were discussed earlier, starting in 2020, and making amendments to the constitution in Armenia has always been an internal process, it cannot have anything to do with any external processes, it has been an internal process, and will continue to remain an internal process. Security Council secretary Armen Grigoryan stated this while speaking with reporters after the Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government Thursday.

And to the question on when the border delimitation process—on which an agreement was reached—will begin, he replied: "Working discussions, if any events occur, are publicly announced. Whenever there is a process, the relevant [Armenian] department will speak about it publicly. There is a working group headed by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. If any event occurs, it becomes publicly known to everyone."
