Major General Mohammad Pakpour, recently appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has issued a message to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. This was reported by Mehr.

Pakpour stated that “the criminal and illegal Zionist regime faces a bitter and agonizing fate with enormous and destructive consequences, and soon the gates of hell will open before this child-killing regime.”

On Friday early morning, Israel launched military strikes on the Iranian capital Tehran and its surrounding areas, as well as on other cities across Iran.

Images show damaged residential buildings in several locations in the capital. Eyewitnesses and reporters said they saw the bodies of women and children among the victims.
