The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Great Britain had a telephone conversation, Azerbaijani media reported. 

The sides expressed serious concern over the security situation in the region resulting from the clash between Israel and Iran.

They emphasized the importance of continuing diplomatic contacts and negotiations to prevent further escalation.
