Russia and Azerbaijan are developing joint projects in logistics and production, in particular, shipbuilding. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, TASS reported.

"We have good projects - the [international transportation corridor] North-South and several other good directions in logistics and, incidentally, in the sphere of production, including shipbuilding. We are ready to load the Baku [shipyard] with our orders," he said. 

Putin noted that joint projects with Azerbaijan “have a good filling”. "I hope we will realize all of them. <...> In general, if we talk about Azerbaijan, our trade turnover increased by 7% last year. I think this is not a bad indicator," he explained.
