Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he had “a long and substantive meeting” with Donald Trump at a NATO summit as he sought to persuade the US leader to sell weapons to Ukraine, Bloomberg reports.
The encounter at The Hague on Wednesday, which lasted for around 45 minutes, was their first since Ukraine and Russia resumed direct talks to try to end the war.
