Due to the arrival of a wave of warm tropical air from the south, high temperatures are expected in the Ararat Valley, the foothills of Vayots Dzor, the Syunik and Yerevan valleys from August 1 to 6. During the day, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the air temperature will be +39...+41 degrees. In the next 5 days, a high fire hazard is expected in the above-mentioned areas, as well as in the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk. In Yerevan, no precipitation is expected during the day on August 2, 3-7. In the evening, wind gusts will reach 14-18 m/s.

In the regions, after noon on August 2, short-term rains and thunderstorms are expected in some areas, with possible hail. From August 3 to 7, no precipitation is expected. The wind will be westerly, 2-5 m/s, with gusts of up to 17-20 m/s during thunderstorms.

On August 2-7, in the evening hours in Armavir, Kotayk, and the foothills of Aragatsotn, the wind is expected to strengthen to 15-18 m/s. The air temperature will not change significantly.
