Today we have ended the Minsk process, declared Ilham Aliyev during the trilateral meeting of the leaders of the USA, Armenia, and Azerbaijan at the White House today, August 9.
“It started in 1992 and negotiations within the OSCE framework lasted for three decades without any result. Who else deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for peace if not President Trump? He has worked a miracle in six months,” Aliyev said.
