The specific dates for opening the Armenian-Turkish border are unknown, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti.

“There are no specific dates on this topic [i.e. opening the Armenian-Turkish border]. As Mr. President noted, the process of normalizing of relations between Turkey and Armenia will proceed in parallel with the peace process between Baku and Yerevan. We see positive steps in this direction, the entire region will benefit from the signing of a peace agreement between the two countries,” said the interlocutor of the aforesaid Russian news agency.

On August 8, the leaders of Armenia, the United States, and Azerbaijan signed a joint declaration at the White House on the peaceful normalization of relations between Yerevan and Baku.
