The US will close the airspace over Anchorage, Alaska, on Friday, during the meeting between US and Russian Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, according to a notification by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The skies over Anchorage will be closed within a radius of 48.3 km and at an altitude of 5.5 km in connection with the "movement of very important persons."
The restrictions will be lifted on Saturday.
