The prime minister’s staff will receive an amount equivalent to $1,093,750 in drams in the second half of this year to defend Armenia’s interests in a Stockholm arbitration case. This matter was on the package of unreported matters of Thursday’s Cabinet session of the Armenian government.
According to the respective draft, the necessity of adopting this decision is conditioned by the need to ensure the representation and proper defending of Armenia’s interests in the Liormand Holdings Limited et al. v. The Republic of Armenia arbitration case, which is under the proceedings of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
