Russia hopes that the 13 Russian citizens detained in Azerbaijan will soon return to their homeland, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said, TASS reports.
The Russian leadership hopes that the Azerbaijani leadership will be understanding in allowing these people to return home, Overchuk added, Gazeta.ru reports.
