Chinese Vice President Han Zheng met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Beijing, Xinhua reports.

Han noted that China is ready to work with the Armenian side to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, comprehensively promote cooperation in various domains, and continuously raise bilateral relations to new heights.

Pashinyan, for his part, noted that Armenia highly values and supports the Global Governance Initiative, and is ready to use the establishment of a strategic partnership with China as an opportunity to further strengthen practical cooperation so as to bring even greater benefits to the peoples of both countries.
