New Zealand’s authorities have decided to kill the whales which don’t want to go back to the ocean.
The local authorities informed that despite whales’ mass suicide attempts, 33 of them returned and got stuck in shallow water. The experts managed to save only 17 whales, ITAR-TASS reports.
About 100 whales came out of the water in the coast of New Zealand on January 24.
