GYUMRI. – Armenia’s Gyumri City Mayor, ruling Republican Party member Vardan Ghukasyan organized events in the city on behalf of the party dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Armenian Army establishment. The Mayor delivered a speech stating that the Armenian Army has proved to be the most powerful in the region.

The only thing that disturbs Ghukasyan is that there are incompetent journalists who are expecting all the time for the Army to register bad incidents.

The mayor stated that other states also register incidents but no one knows about those incidents. Besides, Armenians will owe their ancient lands at the end of the world, Ghukasyan believes.

Artsakh liberating war heroes, servicemen and commanders participated in the events. According to them, the army establishment was not an easy one, while currently it has significant achievements.
