YEREVAN. – The opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) will hold a snap city council session at 1.00 p.m. on Friday, head of ANC member Liberal Party Hovhannes Hovhannisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to him, the ANC will not discuss the election list or possible alliance issues.
“More likely we will discuss issues on election participation format,’ he said.
