YEREVAN. - Head of Armenian Ministry of Justice’s criminal institutions observer group Arthur Sakunts sent a message to the Armenian Minister of Justice informing that the convict’s situation who has been delivered to Erebuni hospital is very serious.
The human rights defender asks the minister to immediately start the convicts release procedures.
