VEIK-AN-ZEE. - Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronyan unexpectedly lost his match against the Czech player David Navara who had earned only 2.5 points during ten rounds of the Chess Tournament in Veik-an-Zee. On the 60th move Aronyan had to accept his defeat. Aronyan remained on 1st place with 7.5 points. The Norwegian Magnus Carlsen is only half a point behind Aronyan. The Azerbaijani Teimour Radjabov also has 7 points. On the semi-final round Aronyan will play against Boris Gelfand, on the final round he will play against Teimour Radjabov.
