“A meeting of interdepartmental commissions on the restoration and relaunch of the Gyumri–Kars railway will take place in the near future,” said Armenian Parliament Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan during a press briefing at the National Assembly on October 21, commenting on Armenia–Turkey relations.
Rubinyan added that details about the meeting’s location will be announced later and noted that discussions regarding the opening of borders are also ongoing.
