YEREVAN. – Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan received on Wednesday international donor organizations accredited in Armenia.

The meeting’s goal was to discuss participation and support of the donor organizations towards industrial policy strategy in Armenia, ministerial press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

UNDP Resident Representative in Armenia Dafina Gercheva, World Bank Country Manager for Armenia Jean-Michel Happi, IMF Resident Representative in Armenia Guillermo Tolosa, as well as OSCE, EBRD and UN representatives participated in the meeting.

Davtyan presented export-oriented industrial policy strategy of Armenia approved by the Government and further steps of its implementation. At the end of the meeting they came to an agreement that the donor organizations will submit offers on possible support for strategic implementation, which will be discussed during the next meeting.
