YEREVAN. – As a result of blizzard and hidden ice in Armenia, Selim Mountain Pass, as well as the Lusashogh-Lanjar, Akhpradzor-Makenis, Vardenis-Sotk, Sotk-Azat, Vardenis-Shatvan, Vahramaberd-Kaps, Gyumri-Ashotsk, and Ashotsk-Spitak motorways are closed as of Thursday 11 a.m.
And Lanjik-Mastara section of the Gyumri-Yerevan Highway is difficult to drive, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The roads are being cleared of snow.
