YEREVAN. – A large-scale promotional campaign has launched through the media, ever since Wednesday, to inform the public about the quality of, and the changes in, public services, Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan stated prior to Thursday’s Governmental session. 

According to Sargsyan, this refers to publicizing the activities of eighteen departments, and this program is carried out with the assistance by the World Bank.

Armenia’s PM also encouraged all citizens to call the corresponding hotline numbers in case of having problems with the state agencies.
