It would be more preferable for the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) company to become state-owned, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during the press briefing after the government cabinet meeting Thursday

“My position, the government’s position, is as follows: it [i.e. the ENA] becomes fully state-owned and is transferred to accredited management, or it is privatized by a reputable international company that has experience in managing the sector.

For me, the first option is preferable. But since payments must also be made in the first options, much now depends on what objective price will be decided for the ENA,” the Armenian PM added.
