As per the data of the state register of legal entities in Armenia, the second company that imported gasoline from Azerbaijan to Armenia, Shisha World LLC, is fully owned by Samvel Mkrtchyan.

According to Armenian News-NEWS.am’s information, 24-year-old Mkrtchyan is the son of Vahagn Mkrtchyan, the brother of businessman Samvel Aleksanyan's wife, Shogherina Mkrtchyan.

Shisha World LLC was founded in December 2022.

As reported earlier, the State Revenue Committee of Armenia, in response to a written request from Armenian News-NEWS.am, had informed that the second company that imported gasoline from Azerbaijan to Armenia is Shisha World LLC.

Earlier, it became known that the company which imported Azerbaijani gasoline to Armenia is Mega Trade, which is part of the Sil Concern owned by the family of Khachatur Sukiasyan, an MP of the ruling majority faction in the National Assembly.

A total of 22 railcars of premium quality gasoline were imported to Armenia from Azerbaijan by rail.

Also, information was disseminated that this gasoline is being sold at Ran Oil gasoline stations, owned by the Sukiasyan family, for 430 drams per liter—which is lower than other gasoline being sold in Armenia.

The wheat that was imported from Azerbaijan to Armenia a few weeks ago was also imported by a company owned by Samvel Aleksanyan.
