Armenia is not going to enter into an arms race with anyone, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan told a press conference Tuesday.
Including with Azerbaijan, the minister added.
According to him, this does not mean, however, that Armenia is stopping military purchases and modernization.
“As for the plans, they exist, but I do not think there is a discrepancy to discuss reserve plans; everything is going as expected,” the Armenian defense minister added.
