Armenian Police officers caught the deputy chief of Armenian Goris region’s penal institution Narek Harutyunyan on taking bribe on Thursday.
As an informed source told the reporter of Armenian News-NEWS.am, the deputy chief was caught while taking bribe from a prisoner’s father who was paying $4,000 in order for his son to be moved to hospital.
