The European Union has imposed sanctions on two China-registered companies and one Iranian company for cyberattacks against EU member states.
The sanctioned entities are:
The sanctions include asset freezes and travel bans for individuals involved. EU citizens and companies are prohibited from providing funding or otherwise supporting the activities of these organizations.
