In response to Israel's attack on our infrastructure, we deployed only a small fraction of our forces, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote on X.

"The only reason for restraint was to comply with de-escalation demands. No restraint if our infrastructure is struck again. Any end to this war must address the damage done to our civilian infrastructure," he stated.

Earlier, a strike was carried out on Iran's South Pars gas field. Israel stated that the strike was conducted with U.S. approval and coordination.
