There are no oligarchs in Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at a press briefing Thursday.
In his assessment, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia party, Gagik Tsarukyan, is a pro-Belarusian oligarch, and expressed a conviction that Tsarukyan is an oligarch in Belarus.
“The other is an oligarch in Russia,” added Pashinyan, referring to the leader of the Strong Armenia party, Samvel Karapetyan.
