Political consultations were held between Azerbaijan and India at the level of their ministries of foreign affairs.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations, as well as cooperation in economy and trade, energy, tourism and education, Azerbaijani media report.

In addition, the parties presented their positions on domains of disagreement, and emphasized the importance of continuing dialogue in these domains.
