Emigration in Armenia has turned into immigration. Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan stated this at Thursday’s session of the National Assembly, presenting the 2025 report on the progress and results of the implementation of the Armenian government's 2021-2026 program.
According to her, this is the result of established peace and sectoral reforms.
"Armenia is the only country with which the European Union is actively conducting a dialogue on visa liberalization," Sargsyan added.
