The Cabinet (meaning being at the helm of power – ed.) has not changed my perception, and I believe that during my tenure, Armenia has experienced revolutionary changes, and these changes have been positive from a strategic point of view. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at a press briefing on Thursday, answering a question from Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The premier assured that he will defend the processes taking place in Armenia.

Pashinyan added that on the upcoming Saturday, Citizen's Day, people can have barbecues in the streets.

"I see absolutely no problem here. It is an integral part of our lifestyle and our life, and the street is an integral part of our country. There was such a thing that after the [2018] revolution in Armenia they should not have barbecues, including on the street? We have history, we have traditions, we have a national cuisine that we are proud of. What is the problem? The RA [i.e. the Republic of Armenia] is our home, and they have barbecue in the city center also,” he emphasized.

“It is high time you got used to my presence. I am present everywhere,” Pashinyan concluded.
