The 3.3 magnitude earthquake that happened in Armenia at 15:12 p.m. on Monday 17 km north from Armenian Shirak region’s Ashotsk village had been very strong in Bavra village and the villagers felt it, the villagers of Bavra told the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter.

As the head of Zuygaghbyur village Gor Sukiasyan informed Armenian News-NEWS.am, the earthquake was hardly felt in Zuygaghbyur, and did not cause any damages.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has also tried to get connected with the village head of Ashotsk village Arthur Aloyan but he was not answering to phone calls.

The hypocenter of the earthquake was 5 km deep. The strength of the earthquake was 4-5 magnitude. The earthquake was felt in Ashotsk, Bavra and Zuygaghbyur by 3-4 magnitude.
