YEREVAN. - During the session of the Armenian Parliaments Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs on Friday MP Larisa Alaverdyan presented the bill on making changes in the law about ‘Holidays and memorial days.” The bill has been proposed by Heritage party group.
It is proposed to declare April 7th as a non-working day so the public will be able to participate in the church celebrations dedicated to Holy Virgin Mary.
The government had not considered the adoption of the bill as rational.
