Hero of Abkhazia Vagharshak Kosyan was elected Vice Speaker of the Abkhazian parliament.
There are four vice speakers – Adgur Kharaziya, Otari Tsvizhba, Emma Gamisoniya and Vagharshak Kosyan.
Speaker Valery Bganba was elected by 21 votes of MPs.
