The OSCE Minsk Group was created so that these countries [i.e. the Minsk Group co-chairs: the US, Russia, and France] would not allow the Karabakh conflict to be resolved.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is on vacation and heads the ruling Civil Contract party’s electoral list for Sunday’s parliamentary election, stated this during the pre-election debate on Public Television.

Pashinyan attributed this to the fact that the unresolved conflict has corresponded to the interests of these countries at different times.
