YEREVAN. – There is no greater demon than man. Consequently, we will cooperate with anyone in order to be rid of these authorities, the opposition bloc Armenian National Congress representative and Social-Democratic Hnchakyan Party member Gurgen Yeghiazaryan stated during a press conference on Friday.   

In his words, second President Robert Kocharyan and incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan are accountable for the tragic events that unrolled in capital city Yerevan on March 1-2, 2008. “A military coup took place on March 1, and they killed over ten people. You cannot show a recording where I accuse former FM Vartan Oskanian. Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan are responsible for March 1. [But] To take the country out of this situation, we can cooperate even with them,” Gurgen Yeghiazaryan added.
