YEREVAN.- Armenian presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian headed on Saturday to Armenia’s regions.

On his way to Ashtarak, Hovannisian made a stop for a traditional greeting to passers-by. Near the former building of Defense Ministry Raffi Hovannisian greeted soldiers and wished them a good day.

Drivers passing by offered to pick him up. “We are with you!” “Raffi, don’t be afraid, we will support you!” they said.

During the Friday rally in Armenia’s capital, the opposition candidate informed about his teams’ meetings in the cities where he gained victory according to the Central Electoral Commission.

A mass action with the participation of supporters from the regions will be held in Yerevan on Sunday.
