YEREVAN. – Armenian Communists organized a march on the occasion of International Worker’s Day in the center of Yerevan (photo).

The communists were carrying a banner with portraits of Karl Marx, Lenin, his supporter Stepan Shaumyan and Alexander Myasnikyan, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reported. The march was accompanied by an orchestra.

A group of Communists comprising members of the Communist Party of Armenia and Progressive United Communist Party of Armenia will march along the streets and then hold a rally at Shaumyan Square.
