There happened a touching story in Nantes, France. The postal office management suddenly forbids the postman, who for ten years have been distributing letters with the help of his dog Pryunel, to take his dog with him to work.

The decision raised indignation of local residents, reports the France Bleu.  The decision of the management was made based on the conviction that the presence of dog is incompatible with the work of a mailman, as it poses "a potential threat to the safety of the local residents."

The local residents, in their turn, got angry at that decision, since Pryunel during ten years had become a star in their district.  They started collecting signatures to return Pryunel. 700 signatures collected so far will be sent to the post management in the coming days with a request to return Pryunel to work.
