Vehicles have left stranded due to black ice on Vanadzor-Stepanavan motorway, in Lori Province of Armenia.
Flora Saroyan called Armenian News-NEWS.am from the location, and informed that dozens of vehicles are unable to move due to the black ice, for over the past two hours.
“We alerted the relevant authorities; supposedly, they shall bring salt, scatter [it] on the road,” she added. “But they’re nowhere.”
