The OSCE can rely on Belarus as a security donor in Europe, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated during his talk with the leadership of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, reported BelTA news agency of the country.
He noted that there are conflicts in regions such as Ukraine, Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), and Transnistria.
“These are very important regions, where we need to establish rule and order in the European, civilized way,” added Lukashenko.
