YEREVAN. – The Armenian parliament convened an extraordinary meeting which was also attended by Cabinet members, including Vice PM Tigran Avinyan and Education Minister Arayik Harutyunyan.

The parliament discussed a draft bill suggesting making amendments to the law on parliament’s regulations.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan earlier said that the meeting was called at the initiative of the Republican Party of Armenia to adopt this draft bill. The PM opposes the draft bill and calls on the citizens to gather near the parliament.
