At least 10 people were killed, 50 more injured as a result of the blast in Kerch, Crimea, Daily Star reported.
According to preliminary information, the blast was caused by a ”gas canister” that “blew up” inside the college’s canteen.
At least 18 people have already been hospitalized to local clinic centers, TASS reported.
