YEREVAN. – The Armenian parliament is holding a special session to debate in the second reading an amnesty that is to be declared in connection with the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan and 100th anniversary of Armenia’s First Republic.
The bill was approved in the first reading on Wednesday.
Parliament's standing committee on legal and state affairs also approved the bill during a closed-door meeting.
