YEREVAN. – The State Revenue Committee (SRC) officers on duty at Armenia’s Bagratashen customs checkpoint at the border with Georgia have inspected a vehicle that had arrived from Georgia.
Even though the passengers said that there were no goods to be declared in the car, acrylic covers for vehicles were detected underneath the front seat of this automobile, SRC informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The vehicle was sent to the comprehensive inspection hangar where 254 kg of acrylic varnishes and hardeners were found in several other parts of this car.
A report was made with respect to breaking customs rules, and it was sent to the relevant SRC division to determine the next course of action.
