The year 2019 became a year of presumptions of innocence. This is what member of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun political party Artsvik Minasyan declared during a year-end press conference today.

“The authorities showed that they can bring charges against citizens without making any effort and without a court decision. Unquestionably, this is a violation of the major principle of rule of law,” he stated.

Artsvik Minasyan also expressed his concern about the potential collapse of the public administration system.

“Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s recent statements attest to the shameful personnel policy and the lack of responsibility for the future of the country," he added.
