make preferableYEREVAN. – The State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia, together with the police, has prevented an attempt to smuggle drugs into the country.
The SRC officers conducted a customs inspection of a vehicle driven by an Armenian citizen who had arrived from Georgia to the Bagratashen customs checkpoint, the SRC informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
As a result, 516 drug pills, which were mixed with candies, were found in the candy boxes in the trunk of this vehicle.
A criminal case has been instituted on the fact.
The driver and passenger of the car are detained.
