YEREVAN. – A memorial service for Armenia's ex-security chief Georgi Kutoyan is being held in Yerevan on Sunday.
Kutoyan,38, was found dead on January 17. His body with traces of a gunshot was found by his wife.
The investigators have opened a criminal case on charges of “incitement to suicide”.
