YEREVAN. – The court trial of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials has resumed today.
The previous two hearings were not held due to the absence of some defense attorneys.
The reason was the injured party representative’s statement which these lawyers perceived as a threat.
But presiding Judge Anna Danibekyan had a different opinion.
The defense lawyers found the judge's conduct inappropriate.
